Return and Refund Policy

At Da’ Jerk Machine, we take pride in serving fresh, authentic Jamaican meals made to order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every experience a great one.

Food Orders

Because our food is prepared fresh and per order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory item:

Notify us within 24 hours of your purchase.
Provide your order details (receipt, date/time, and issue).
We may offer a replacement item, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 5–10 minutes of being placed, provided that food preparation has not yet begun.
Once cooking starts, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Event Catering

Deposits for catering orders are non-refundable once confirmed. However, we can apply your deposit to a future date if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
