DIAL: 1 (866) EAT-JERK
Our food truck began as a passion project between Chef Sal and wife, Candice, driven by their shared love of cooking and community. What started in their home kitchen — serving up flavorful dishes at local markets and festivals — quickly grew into something bigger. With incredible support from their customers, they took a leap of faith and brought their dream to life on wheels.
Our menu is inspired by our journey and our passion for bold, flavorful food. From fresh seafood to spicy Jamaican jerk chicken, we serve up a variety of dishes that hit every craving. We’re committed to using the freshest ingredients and sourcing locally whenever we can, so every bite is packed with quality and flavor.
Our team is a group of passionate food lovers who take pride in sharing delicious dishes with our customers. We’re all about friendly, welcoming service — treating everyone who visits not just as a customer, but as part of our extended family.
