Da' Jerk Machine started as a dream of Sal & Candice who wanted to bring their passion for cooking to the streets. We started making dishes for friends who encouraged us to pursue our dream. Today, we are humbled by our beliefs of becoming one of the most popular food trucks in the city. We serve delicious and innovative dishes that combine local ingredients with international flavors.

 Our menu is always changing as we work to bring fresh, exciting flavors to our customers. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients in every dish. From our signature Jerk Chicken & Pork to hearty Brown Stew, there’s something on the menu for everyone to enjoy.
