About Us

My name is Candice Lewis, I am married to my soul mate and business partner, Chef Sal, who is Jamaican descent and your grill master! We have 7 amazing children, both Pittsburgh Steelers fans, and we love good eating! We understand better than anyone how important it is that people enjoy not only tasty food, but good quality food.

We started with one goal in mind, to bring you authentic Jamaican food and a memorable experience. Although Chef Sal and I come from two totally different backgrounds, we both grew up in families where cooking was traditional and a priority. We put our heart & soul into our business, but we will let your tastebuds be the judge of that!
