My name is Candice Lewis, and I am married to my soul mate and business partner, Chef Sal who is Jamaican descent and he will also be your grill master! We are the owners of Da’ Jerk Machine and have 5 beautiful children. We are both Pittsburgh Steelers fans, and we also love good eating! We also know what people want when it comes to good food. People want authenticity and a memorable experience. We want to give YOU that!

We started for one thing, to bring you authentic Jamaican food and a memorable experience. Jerk is one of my family’s favorite seasonings to cook with. We love the spices and the aroma that it carries. My husband and I fell in love with the idea of Da’ Jerk Machine and he taught me the authentic way of making Jamaican dishes. We both have this huge obsession with smoker grills and how they operate, so it influenced us to start this business. We both grew up in families where cooking was traditional and a priority.
